Most heads require at least 2 rows. Depending on how thick the natural hair is compared to the extensions.

If the hair is matted this is caused by not fully drying the extensions, not brushing correctly or as often as you should, not getting move ups when its time, etc. there will be an additional $25.00 fee for having to detangle the hair.
